Model Engine Tuning - Radio Control Truck - Hot Bodies Stadium Pro?

I have a Stadium pro truggy - it has 26 engine whatever this means, the issue i have is i don't know much about these things but am not entirely stupid so with some help from you lot i should be ok. There are 3 screws on the engine - one screw is the needle valve , one is the higth revs and one is the low revs - however i really don't get the gist of this i never know which on turn to make it go faster or perform better. I sometimes get a good speed out of it but i wouldn't say 50 odd mph as i've been told it will do. Can someone out there please give me some advice on how to get this thing faster and running smoothly - apparently the engine is supposed to sound SWEET what does that mean or sound like ! HELP !!!!!
